What you get

  • Unlimited videos, carousels, audio clips and brands. No watermark, ever. Same quality as Pro.
  • Words written out for you. Our shared free online service does it, usually in about a minute for an hour of audio. It can be slower at busy times. Nobody is ever cut off: heavy use moves to a backup engine that is a little less precise.
  • Your recording stays on your computer. Only a small speech copy is sent to be written out, and it is never kept.
  • Brand files live in your own brand folder. Pictures, footage and fonts stay on your computer. Sermosaic guides you through setting it up once. Your logo, colors, looks, history and saved words sync to your account on every device.
  • Phones work, but a computer is much faster. On a phone, your brand's pictures and footage stay on the computer where your folder is.
  • You save each video or carousel to your computer yourself.

Pro pays for the two things that cost us real money: priority transcription and storing your brand files online.

Keep your Brand Cloud small

A few habits keep your storage small and your bill low. They also keep a brand folder tidy.

  1. Trim footage first. Cut it to the few seconds you will actually reuse before you add it.
  2. Prefer pictures over long video clips. Pictures take far less space than video.
  3. Keep one clean logo file. One good file beats many versions of it.
  4. Remove what you no longer use. Delete old footage and looks. Sermosaic shows your biggest files first.

Fonts and logos are tiny. Long videos are what take space.

Is Sermosaic free?

Yes. Making videos, carousels and clean audio clips is free and unlimited, with no watermark, ever. You can have as many brands as you like, and Free has the same quality as Pro.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Pro adds two things on top of Free. Priority transcription gives you words in about a minute even at busy times, with 30 hours of audio a month included. Brand Cloud keeps your pictures, footage and fonts on every device, including your phone, with 10 GB included and no folder to set up.

Why are there limits on Pro but not on Free?

Will my videos look different on Free?

No. Free and Pro make the same videos, with the same quality and no watermark. The difference is how quickly the words are written out and where your brand files are kept.

What happens if I go over on Pro?

You are never cut off. Past the included amounts, extra storage is $0.05 per GB a month and extra transcription is $0.25 per hour. You can set a cap. If you hit it, Sermosaic simply switches back to the free way for the rest of the month.

Pro is not open yet, so nothing is charged today.

Do phones work on Free?

With Pro, Brand Cloud puts your pictures, footage and fonts on your phone too.

How do I set up my brand folder?

Open Your brand and choose Set up my brand folder. Pick a place like Documents or iCloud Drive. Sermosaic makes Pictures, Videos and Fonts folders inside it. Drop files there and they appear in your brand.

Can I switch later?

Yes. Start on Free today. When Pro opens, you can join whenever you like and cancel any time. If you cancel, your brand files can be downloaded back to a folder.
